Dear Friend, if something goes wrong during shipping and your package is lost or damadge, please take pictures with proof so that I can make a refund for you, or send new one. If package is delayed by post office, i'm sorry but I cant do nothing about it.
No Refund and Return if you change your mind, damadge the artwork while unpacking, or didn't picked your parcel on time and they sended it back. There is no problem to ship it one more time, but you will need to pay shipping cost one more time. Thank you!
